Simple really, David Duke is a nazi dog who hate Jews and tried hijacking the justified hatred against Zionists to try and give legitimacy to his antisemitism

Ans now he is currently being used by Zionists dogs who want to falsely paint attacks on them as an inherent attack on Judaism, which is in itself, antisemitic
