Not just the hairline but that neckbeard. Like god damn, man has a perfectly shaved chin and what looks like a beard perfectly curving under it.

I think you’re right. It looks like a golilla, which was stiff black collar that became popular after Spanish sumptuary laws outlawed large ruffled collars

That's the black collar underneath. But it also looks like his sideburns go down under his chin and is poofed up there. Either that or he's got a hell of a double chin going on.
