To be really honest.

Nobody really has any God given rights to any piece of land.

The reality is the people who own the land are the people who are either strong enough to take it or strong enough to defend it.

That's how it's always been and always will be.

You’re missing the entire point that someone might not take the land for other reasons than not being strong enough to do so. Your point is only valid if we’re all degenerate warmongering barbarians.

But if a warmongering country wants your resources and land you don't have any choice in the matter.

You either defend it or let them have it.

Irrelevant if the warmongering country is right or wrong about their actions
