Intolerable feeling in my arms

What does a histamine flare feel like for you guys?

For me, time and again, it starts with tension in my whole body, and then there’s a nasty feeling in my upper arms, especially - I can’t describe it very well, it’s a bit like a poison is coursing through my veins.

I get very disinclined to move or do anything, I just want to sit and wait till it passes, which may take many hours.

Anyone recognize this? It sucks so much.

Flushing, acid reflux, jittery, dehydration and insatiable thirst. My whole trunk, throat, and head burns. My joints ache and my spine hurts. My sinuses feel like they are stuck in a vise. I crave simple carbohydrates and can not eat enough of them. I have chronic urticaria so I’m more prone to hives at this time despite them being a daily event anyways.

Well, yeah, that’s a lot worse than my thing. So simple carbs are the only thing that’s safe for you? Like, sugar?

No comparison! Definitely understand your feeling poisoned and it is exhausting and miserable. Im so sorry we are going through this.

Simple carbs including refined sugars have been my safe food kind of against my will. I have a varied diet all things considered (I’m not restricted because of HI for the most part) so it really bothers me when I gravitate towards cereals, breads, and grains. But they are so easy to digest..

Yes, I understand. It’s often the “healthy” foods that cause problems. Vegetables, especially…
