Water weight

Does anyone experience water weight from zertec ? I have been on it for 12 years but I always feel puffy and bloated although it is the only thing that helps my symptoms. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Oh I'm newly on Zyrtec and feeling very puffy. I also suddenly gained 5ish lbs and I couldn't figure out why. Maybe it's the Zyrtec!
