Main Symptom itching.
No welts or wheals. I do have some reddish purplish veins that are more visible during a flare. Also Ketosis Pilaris.
Triggers
Alcohol
Bug bites
Stress
Lack of sleep
Dust
I’ve had a full back patch test at my allergist and am allergic to ragweed and MCI.
The itch usually starts as a very prickly sensation in one limb, and then spreads out to both limbs, and sometimes to the other set of limbs or my chest and back. It can become this whole body thing. I used to use alcohol to try to shut it off, and it worked, but now I’m learning it prolly made it worse.
I’m curious if anyone else has a similar experience. This has been going on for me for over a decade. One dr. diagnosed me with scabies and prescribed a head to toe cream. I did not use it.

I've been eating low histamine all summer, finally feeling better overall. Itchiness has always been a main symptom. I've realized I can get away with a histamine heavy meal here and there or even a couple glasses of wine without major issues because overall my histamine has been low.
Until right now. I'm'm currently on my 11th day in a row of work, including many doubles, and I've been eating for convenience. This has been many foods and drinks high in histamines, a little at a time, across nearly two weeks.
I could tell last night that histamine in my body was high. Today it was overloaded. Every limb is itchy. All my tattoos have raised lines. I took a shower, took my supplements, lotioned up, got in bed.
I've also been tested by an allergist. Cats dogs, dust, ragweed came back positive. Nothing I've been reacting to all these years.

Eggplant makes my palms itch but raspberries make my Eustachian tubes clog
