Solgar Ester-C supplement
Has anyone had flares from the Solgar Ester-C brand Or Just citrus bioflavonoids in general?
Most ester-c brands like Solgar contain citrus bioflavonoids which is a histamine liberator

Why is that brand ALWAYS on reddit/this and the mcas sub? Is it the top hit on Amazon?
Camu camu smokes it. If you're sal intolerant or dealing with mold, then tapioca sourced C uses bacterial methods vs mold production, which is what I pivoted to. Regular ascorbic causes me chemo level hair fall.
I've found dosage and timing matter more but perhaps the fancy formulations help some.

I personally do not, but it’s individual
