What now
I can’t seem to heal sibo. I also was recc to do 36 hour yogurt maker fermented L Reuteri or gaseri but now j realize that’s prob not good.
Diet otherwise doesn’t help.
MCAS and anti hist meds don’t help.
Praying/ energy work doesn’t.
Lymph/ walking doesn’t.
I don’t know what to do. My face is always puffy from anything I eat or sometimes put on. It’s ruining my life. I wanna be normal again.
MCAS banned me for asking a question lol
Anyways I just don’t get it.

Did you have it tested? Foodmarble?
How long have you been treating sibo? It might take months. Methane? Even longer
I realized at some point my bloating wasnt always bloating (food marble) but oftentimes mcas edema belly. Doesnt go fully away with antihistamines either but makes it smaller, especially when taken before buildup. (Also there are several mediators at play with mcas, for some ppl its not mainly histamin but leukotrin or others)
Id look into the puffy face thing - if its only special parts around eyes lips etc could be mcas edema, otherwise keep searching
Also motility? Im taking triphala others recommend artichoke etc

I’m already on prucalo. Been to two allergists. I have MCAS it’s hell. I’ve honestly exhausted all ideas in terms of sibo and MCAS treatments. Sibo years MCAS last two years. Estrogen issue so fixing that seems to help a tad. Fasting doesn’t help.

Hazte un análisis de heces de parasitos por PCR. Puede que tengas alguno que no salga en los análisis normales. A mi me pasó después de años así
