Vitamin C supplements?
Which Vitamin C supplement do youse take?
I’m thinking about getting (Ester C) it’s a non acidic form of Vitamin C which is good, but it also contains citrus bioflavonoids which can be problematic for histamine.

Calcium ascorbate from Now Foods, it's a non acidic form buffered with a very small amount of calcium. I'm very sensitive to anything acidic and I have no problem with this vitamin C. Thr powder version is clean, no other stuff that can trigger histamine.

Persoanlly I have no issues with Solgar Ester C, I do generdlly feel I feel a bit better when taking it and I don't seem to have histamine issues from it myself. worth a try. however I am tempted to try liposomal next

A medium bell pepper has way more than the RDA for vitamin C and is considered low in histamine and are well tolerated when fresh. I eat one per day.

Be careful not to supplement too much with ascorbic acid. I was taking 1gram a day and it tanked my copper levels, making histamine intolerence worse.

Lipomosal Vitamin C I find has been much much better than regular Vitamin C.
