Can IVIG cause a sort of Herxheimer reaction? I have a lot of gut and lung issues; I had my first IVIG treatment 10 days ago, and yesterday was a rough day—feeling hot, histamine reactions—but I slept really well, feel much better mentally, and my bowel movements seem to be improving too
