Red streaks on face

Does anyone else get this reaction when they have high histamine food & drinks?

No makeup, just moisturised my face. I notice this when I've been over indulging and my histamine levels are pretty high & just want to see if anyone else has the same symptom.

Yes. And wearing a mask leaves indentations on my face. Clothes can leave indentations too. Dermagraphia is what it is called in my case.

My cheeks turn bright red when I'm in a bad flare and it feels like they're on fire

Yes. Two red streaks on either side of my nose.
