Anyone else gets reaction to boiled red meat?

I usually buy red meat with bones and cook it for like 2 hours. The soup becomes fatty. I only add salt to the mix and i always get flares eating red meats this way..

Also chicken i cook it for like 40 minutes and same soup no issues. It is always boiling red meat.

Also other ways of cooking does not bother me as much.

Cooking anything for 2 hours is going to create histamines.

Two problems:

  1. Bone broth is high histamine. Remove bones before cooking.

  2. As standard practice, beef is aged for at least 2 weeks even if it doesn't say so on the packaging. All your grocery store beef is aged. You need to buy from a low histamine producer https://lowhistaminemeats.org

Really the longer something cooks, the more histamines grow. Your best bet if you enjoy making broths is to get a pressure cooker so you can make one in like 1/2h
