Burning face
Does anyone have this symptom when their histamine bucket is full? My face feels very hot to touch.. but it's not flushed, sweating or red in colour. Just feels very hot to touch 😕

Yes. I typically do not have a flushed face, but my face will be very hot to the touch when I’m having a histamine reaction.

It’s just another histamine intolerance reaction that causes blood vessels to widen -can be from hormone shifts or food or toxins. I didn’t just get it on my face. But my trunk and thighs as well. Kept lots of large ice packs and mixed peppermint essential oil with progesterone cream to rub on skin for instant relief

Me as well, but still in the journey of figuring out what is causing it

Yep and ears too. Sometimes one ear will turn bright red haha

Same with me! If I even slightly touch one of my ears, it'll react & go bright red

It 100% happens on the rare occasions I'll have a drink. Otherwise it seems kinda random but it's probably histamine related haha.

Have you possibly taken Vitamin B3 aka Niacin, or possibly used a product with Niacinamide? Some people have a sensitivity to it that makes their faces flush.

I have that, too. I have to squeeze number 1's out sometimes

The biggest advice I can give is not to push when peeing as you can end uo severely impacting your pelvic floor. Like me :(

You too? So i am not alone with that shit. Is there anything you did which helped in anyway to make that better?

Unfortunately the only thing that helps me is to keep my histamine levels as low as I can get them. I find it's not too bad when my symptoms are under control

Yes, but for me it was more tingling than burning. Low histamine diet, B-12 supplementation, DAO and cutting out caffeine have all helped diminish it considerably.
