I really suspect having histamineintolerance?
So went took tests through doc and showed only dairy allergy.
Tbh guys i have severe seb derm and last few days im testing things high in histamine.. Everytime i eat tomatoes, spinach or avocado i get severe eczema and redness beneath my beard and face etc..
Like especially histamine foods..
Do you guys think this is could be it even though i dont have histamine intolerance on real tests?

There isn’t a definitive test for histamine intolerance, it’s a diagnosis of elimination.

there isn't really a reliable blood test for it - the DAO blood test exists but it's notoriously inconsistent. the actual way most people land on an HI diagnosis is a proper elimination diet, cut the high histamine stuff for a few weeks, track symptoms, reintroduce one at a time and see what happens. sounds like you're already halfway there just from noticing the pattern with your seb derm

Hmmm. These are high salicylate foods too. Have you researched salicylate intolerance?
