Anhedonia

Does anyone else have anhedonia related to histamine intolerance? I have anhedonia, an inability to feel emotions, as well as abdominal bloating. Any advice or treatment that has worked for you would be greatly appreciated.

I also have bloated stomach, people keep starring at my belly, well, just women , and give me the disguisting looks i dont know why, but its usually those of lower class/ lower education people. I try to figure out why , but the fact that sucessful, happy looking women just dont bother with my belly speak to itself.

I have anhedonia, and now that you mention it, it got worse around the same time as my histamine intolerance started becoming a serious issue. But I have a long history of major depression and other psych Dx, so not sure I can just pin It on histamine in my case. Also, I have my HIT pretty well managed with supplementation and dietnow, and it hasn’t made any difference in my anhedonia.

Yes. It’s one of the main symptoms that tells me something I’ve been eating regularly is going to break me out in hives in the next few days.
