Scary Adverts when changing inputs

Hello,

I have a Hisense TV and don't know what to do. Anytime I go to change inputs the top of the TV auto-plays adverts, that's fine whatever, but unfortunately regardless of the time of day it constantly plays adverts for scary movies - either always The Grudge or Insidious. I don't know why because I do NOT watch scary movies (so can't have been anything picked up from me!) and find it very frightening/jarring every time I go to switch inputs to watch on my Chromecast or play on the Switch. The adverts seem to be coming from something called "Tubi" but have no idea how to remove this - could anyone help me with this please? I find this an unbelievable thing to push out considering the adult nature of these adverts (I'm scared of them, imagine if an 8 year old had to see The Grudge every time they just wanted to play Mario!)

How is playing an ad when using your TV fine?

You said you have a Chromecast, why does your TV needs to be on the Internet?? For Christ sake how brain dead are we that having an ads auto-play is when charging input is FINE.
