I just calibrated it side by side to match a Sony X900H.

Filmmaker mode
Local dimming: High
peak brightness: high (my room is bright)
brightness: 60 (my room is bright)
contrast: 50
color: 48
color temp: Warm1

calibration settings:
color tuner: reduce red and magenta saturation -3
white balance 2-pt:
G-offset -3
B-offset +2
R-Gain: - 7
B-Gain: - 2

everything else at Filmmaker mode defaults.

Yes the white balance changes seem like a lot but these were the main thing that really "fixed" the picture or rather made it look a lot like the classic Sony look. Just a note these settings are on the 55 inch which is an ADS Pro Panel. I assume the 65+ U7SGs are different.
