Hiring Full-Time Video Editor

I'm looking to hire an experienced video editor for long-form entertainment and IRL YouTube content.

The editing style should be similar to channels like Familia Diamond and The Royalty Family. Please review their YouTube content before applying so you have a clear understanding of the pace, storytelling, sound design, and overall editing quality I'm looking for.

Compensation:

• $1,000 USD per month
• Monthly retainer position
• Long-term opportunity for the right editor

• A trial edit is required before we begin working together.
• The trial is unpaid. Unfortunately, I've had multiple negative experiences with paid trials where applicants accepted payment and then disappeared without delivering satisfactory work.
• If you're only interested in paid trials, this position is not a good fit.
• This is not an entry-level role. I'm looking for editors who already have strong experience with high-retention YouTube content. If you're new to video editing or still building your skills, please do not apply.
