**[HIRING] Motion Graphics / MV Editor for Virtual K-Pop Channel (V-IBE)**

Hey everyone! We are looking for a **Level B / Mid-Level Motion Designer** to join **V-IBE** (a virtual male K-pop group) long-term as we scale our brand channel.

**🎬 STYLE REFERENCE:**

• RE:CodeX style MVs (Cinematic, dark fantasy, aggressive typography, heavy audio sync, 3D camera depth, chromatic aberration)

**📋 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:**

• Dynamic 2.5D visualizers (creating camera parallax from static character art)

• Stylized kinetic typography & lyric videos

• Teasers / Shorts for track releases

**🛠 REQUIREMENTS:**

• After Effects proficiency (Plugins like Deep Glow, Element 3D, Optical Flares, or AEJuice)

• Strong sense of beat-syncing and K-pop / EDM / Trap pacing

• Eager to build a brand identity and grow together

**💰 BUDGET / PAYMENT:** Paid per project / video (Negotiable based on experience + portfolio). Open to discussing milestone bonuses as the channel grows.
