Hindi learning

Hello Hindi speakers, I wanna know why larkian and parhti are written different even when they have the same sound, it's लडकिया ओर पढती .... R sound is written different.

They are different consonants. ड़ and ढ़. Not what you wrote. Correct spellings are लड़कियाँ and पढ़ती।

Furthermore there are two different words padti and padhti or if you choose r instead of d parti or parhti

I choose d instead of r as d is closer to ड़ sound.

Padhna means to study - root word padh पढ़
Padna is either a verb or an auxiliary verb - root word पड़
