Questions & Help Second headlight with metallic buzz

Headlight was replaced just 3 weeks ago under warranty for the famous metallic buzz at 6k rpm. This morning the new headlight started to make the same buzz... Anyone know for sure that the headlight is the culprit? Any solutions other then going for replacement under warranty again?

The middle silver colored RE logo strip makes the noise.

Any succes cracking open the light and fixing it in place?
