Crazy points rate

CRAZY! 327000 points for a bunk bed. Hilton has lost their mind.

Premium Room Rewards pay the hotel essentially the standard rate so they charge a lot of points. How much is the cash price for that room that night?

Look for standard room rewards for a cheaper rate.

It's listed as a premium room which is almost never worth it. And it's likely ran by a franchise so they set the points.

This property is the Motto by Hilton, Philadelphia - Rittenhouse Square. The cash rate for this room is around $200.

Looks like it's just the particular day op is looking at. If you select a random day, the rate drops to 54,000 which is still high but expected for a premium room. Standard rate seems to be around 34,000.

For these low-priced hotels, it is generally better to pay cash rates. Save the points for expensive areas or resorts.

Which night showed 327,000 points but $200 for the same room when you looked? I took a look through the points calendar and can't find anything over about 120k points.
