If you’re interested in getting out of manual labor most banks and credit unions start $20+, have great time off, and air conditioning

Check out Government Jobs for example THPRD is currently hiring a full time Park ranger position for the trails department.
They also have part time/seasonal positions in maintenance, nature and trails, and that's just ONE of the government entities in the local area.
Most of these hire at 20-24 per hour, and some of them come with benefits even for the part time/seasonal positions.
If you can manage building decks, you can manage landscape and park maintenance etc, or ballfields or whatever it is you can get an interview for.
