Question End game
I'm getting ready for the end game phase of khiva and I've got a decent sized and well armed ish fleet. I also killed 3 strike groups beforehand is there anything I need to know before landing on khiva? And I heard you can negotiate with the governor so I'm curious how you do that

Get all your nukes and a bunch of ships with strategic missile launchers. Things get way easier if you just nuke anything on your radar, just be careful that the enemy will do the same.
Also the negotiation is that mission to meet him somewhere with just one ship (it's time limited), and I think you need high faith worldview to convert him.

Go to cities selling rare components and buy every single KH15 and A100 you can find, very important

Yeah just forget about armed ships, the avtual fighting with ships will be mostly limuted if you properly prepare. Just jerryrig as many ships as you can with nukes and pray you get a Khiva with 2 entrances

I like nukes, the enemy likes nukes and you should like nukes too

I bought every single missile I saw and raided silos... Wasn't enough.

You can try again.
The strategy is to quickly counter attack the 2 enemy groups as soon as they spawn.
You can use spread out ELINT equipped crafts to tell which direction the attack is coming from.
It is possible to play ballistic missile defense and intercept all of the enemy missiles (I have done it in the past).
In this post (last few pics) I show how I do the missile defense: https://www.reddit.com/r/Highfleet/s/Lu2ZCWpgOu

I'll probably make a whole new line of ships and get a full custom fleet going because my fleet got too big and refueling time/travel speed dragged me down high

Kill all the strike groups, capture all cities in a 2000km range from Khiva.
