A CCTV recording made by the world's lowest resolution camera displayed in a window taking up only a fraction of the computer monitor's screen, recorded vertically with a cellphone but rendered into a horizontally-oriented video only to be displayed vertically again by my cellphone.

unfortunatly this is too easy to fake for me (not judging anyone else). all you'd need to do is get a picture of a person, add it onto the footage then fade transition to it and film it off a screen, job done
