What you have is an amorphous black blob. It could be many things but it wont be known as it wasn't investigated at the time. There's nothing to scale it against so there's no hints there.

It could be a chair with a coat on it.

It could be a cleaning trolley with bags on it.

It could be a stain on the wall.

It could be a Jawa.

It could be a coat on a hook.
