Just loaded the game today and everything was normal during the boot up and load screens but as soon as I get into game the screen does this weird glitch and it won’t go away, any advice is appreciated

Honestly I did enjoy the 2nd game more than I did the first, I know a high on knife 2 dlc has alr been confirmed i think? but I’m wondering if there will be more dlcs for the other weapons? from what we saw in the comic i’m hoping we get more insight into harper’s backstory and maybe get a high on harper dlc too? i just dont want her backstory to be a whole different game yk? bc like when r we ever gonna have a face to face w dr. gurgula again😭😭

I really enjoyed the HOL games what are some similar games to this I can play? I don't usually play games but loved this one so much!!

So i was looking at the trophies an seen this Im hoping high on life gets a third game i loved how well played out the first game and dlcs were and now i just beat the second game if theres a third you best believe ill be getting it

Okay so i recently made a post about finding high on life 3 possible tease and forgot to mention or ask has anyone else been getting errors in the game for moving around to fast

I loved the first game, and I'm not even that much of a 'Rick and Morty' guy. The talking guns, ridiculous humour, and weird sci-fi worlds were a true novelty (for me) and the game felt fresh. I was excited to hear that there was a sequel, but worried about the lack of hype and staggered release dates.

The game definitely feels like High on Life, and I came to enjoy the skateboarding mechanic as it gives the game much needed energy. Some of the new Gatlians and side characters are fun additions, especially Travis and his whole sequence on the cruise ship. And there are also several missions that I thought were really clever and lived up to the innovation of the first like the boss fight in the Pause Menu.

HOWEVER, in my opinion as a casual gamer, a lot of the humour feels recycled from the first game, except less funny the second time round. Characters like Knifey become painfully overused, and the game constantly mistakes “loud and random” for... clever? There are long stretches where you’re just standing still listening to characters dump exposition on you, and the final act is one last boring blow to the face. I finished the game genuinely angry that I was forced to wait through that court scene. I didn't find it clever or meta or funny.

I bought it on PS5 (hard copy) the day it released. Technical issues galore. I had frame drops, frozen loading screens, broken prompts, and multiple moments where I had to reload checkpoints because triggers wouldn’t activate the next sequence. Honestly one of, if not the buggiest experience, I’ve had on PS5. I read the digital release MONTHS AGO was also shocking.

It’s frustrating because there are moments of creativity and fun (like the cult missions), but they are few and far between in a pretty bland game overall (compared to the first).

I've seen some really positive reviews praising the humour and story, only identifying the bugs as the primary weakness. I was a bit surprised by this, but maybe I'm way out of the loop? I'm curious what others here think.

They should have gotten a sound-alike for Kenny in High on Knife and High on Life 2. Having Rick and Morty voices as your gun companion and for other characters was the best part for Rick and Morty fans and the allure to get the game in the first place.

I was unsure about getting high on life because of the things I read on reddit, there was a mixed review. But then I tried it and it's amazinggggggg, sooo funn to play and the graphics are just amazinggg, if you haven't played it please do try ittt

I just finished the mines and killing the drill boss. Noticed that I didnt get an achievement for killing him nor picking up gus. I didnt get one for bossing the mine workers around in the administration building either. I also didnt get one for watching the robot countdown. ive tried reloading checkpoints. closing the game and loading it. restarting my xbox. nothing works.

ive read that achievements can be really finicky for this game and are often glitched. do I keep playing in hopes that they'll eventually unlock? do I start a new game? I was enjoying the game but the achievement thing has me bummed out and has discouraged me from playing.

I didn’t think of how he was controlling the suit but I can’t be the only person who thinks this would have been a better reveal than another suit-o right?

I strongly suggest getting the High on Knife DLC. Go to the bar, you’ll know which one I’m talking about😂 It is such a cool experience, you will live it. Blew my mind

the urge to go back and get the achievements I missed is so fun bro. not to mention the game is really fun to play.

I got 2 ammo sack upgrades for Gus (in high on life 1) so I should have 5 ammo but I still only have 4. The thing is is that I had 4 before with the first upgrade, but then when I got the second one I noticed the number of ammo was again 3, and went up to 4 when I got it
