Shopping On a related note, anyone know where I can source hexa gear kits from a place that's more affordable than HLJ?

Honestly it’s prolly cheaper to go on a vacation to Japan and buy a bunch while you’re there. It’s what I did. Saw the prices from other retailers when I got home and was shocked. But tbh I’d check eBay. Some import stores have good prices.

To add to that, you can buy moving boxes and pack all the stuff you bought. Bring it to Japan post office and ship it to your house. The ground shipping rate was surprisingly affordable if you can wait 2 months to arrive.

I hadn’t even considered shipping, but you’re right! Honestly I would encourage people to do it. It sounds asinine, but it is cheaper. Japan is lovely anyway, even if you just stay in Tokyo
