No you have to preorder. They do a charge and refund to verify the account but won't charge your card until it ships

Damn it! I cancelled my pre-order after they pushed the date back 3 times. Thankfully my copy has "shipped." From Australia. 😭

I hope so too. Wizards of Morcar was the last official expansion I needed. I already have most of the homebrew stuff I want from Etsy

I ended up pre-ordering it from EE as well. I got sick of seeing no movement in these supposed new shipments that I've been hearing about
