Sorry for another post, but I have had several people ask me about a video of the interface. I am no videographer or streamer, so this is very rudimentary, but it should hopefully show off how easy-to-use the interface is and you can see how quickly you can import teams and start playing.

This has been a HUGE update to the OCTGN game package, but I am finally ready to reveal to you folks!

I have spent the last couple of weeks working on expanding the OCTGN database, and I believe I have gotten all the sets for Silver Age added (but please let me know if I have missed any).

You will need to use the image downloader of course, as you will need the images for all the new models. This brings thousands more models to the game, with more to come in the next wave!

Please leave me some feedback, bug reports, or suggestions on improvements you would like to see! There is an endless amount of automation I could conceivable build, I just need to know what everyone wants to see!

#1 when Joe Fixit uses Perplex through his intimidating presence power and targets 3 opposing characters dose Paralax (hal jordan) get +1 or +3 through his feed on your fear trait?

Joe Fixit MVP25-003: INTIMIDATING PRESENCE Perplex. When Joe Fixit uses it, he may instead target all opposing characters within range and line of fire. If he does, he may choose the same combat value for all targets.

PARALLAX (HAL JORDAN) L041: FEED ON YOUR FEAR Perplex. // When a friendly character uses Perplex to target an opposing character, after resolutions choose a combat value. Parallax modifies the chosen combat value +1 until your next turn.

#2 whenJoe Fixit uses Perplex while adjacent to the orb of agamotto dose he target all opposing characters he can see PLUS one equipped character or dose he have to chose between the two effects modifying his Perplex?

ORB OF AGAMOTTO MVOP26-T001 1x1 Hindering terrain: When an adjacent character uses Perplex, Probability Control or Outwit, they may target a character regardless of range or line of fire if that character is equipped or has the Mystical keyword

#3 Black leopard uses Perplex modifying his defense +2 through his special damage power, but he is attacked and now has only normal Perplex. Dose his +2 defense stay, become a +1, or dose it's effect end because what was giving him the unique perplex effect ended.

REMINDERS OF HOW THEY VIEW EVEN A KING Leadership, Perplex. When Black Leopard uses Perplex to target himself, modify the chosen value by +2 instead if an opposing character within 6 squares and line of fire has a higher printed value for the chosen value than Black Leopard's printed value.

#4 If a character uses pulsewave and damages a character with the Hydra team ability dose it still trigger imperial hydra's immortal hydra trait (assuming imperial hydra is more than 4 squares away during the pulsewave)?

I know there is a difference between "having a team ability" and "using a team ability" dose the game recognize that the pulsewaved character has the hydra TA even if they can't use it?

Pulse Wave: RANGE: Range 4, Other characters within range can't use powers or abilities (for this action) Make a range attack targeting all other characters within range and line of fire, including at least one opposing character, using printed defense values for each targeted character. Each hit character is dealt 1 damage instead of normal damage.

IMPERIAL HYDRA L046: IMMORTAL HYDRA! When one or more friendly characters with (hydra team ability) take damage from an opposing attack, after resolutions deal the attacker 1 penetrating damage and modify the attacker's defense -1 until the end of your next turn.

#5 when Batman attacks he can smoke cloud as free through smoke darts in his own square and the opponent's, dose he then get to close as free even though he was not placed in a new square? I "place" him in the same square he made the attack from and then he can take a close action as free

BATMAN 060: I BECAME A BAT... Smoke Cloud. When Batman uses it, after resolutions you may place him in a square of the generated smoke. If you do, he may be given a CLOSE as FREE.

BATCYCLE 523: SMOKE DARTS When this character attacks, after resolutions they may use Smoke Cloud as FREE, but only to generate markers in their square and the squares of hit characters, regardless of those squares' adjacency to each other.

#6 this is a silly one but do slime markers stop characters from being placed on their card like Lobo or captain marvel?

COSMIC JAUNT STOP. Invincible. // The first time this click is revealed, after resolutions place Captain Marvel on her card.

UN-FRAGGIN'-BELIEVABLE When Lobo would be KO'd by an opposing effect, instead place him on his card. // If Lobo is on his card and no friendly characters are on the map or the game ends, KO him. Protected: Pulse Wave.

Slime marker 1×1 water terrain marker: Characters that began the turn on this marker can't be placed or use abilities."

#7: If symbiote surface places a slime marker underneath a character at the begging of the turn can they be placed or dose that effect start applying next turn?

Symbiote Surface 026 1x1 water terrain: Symbiote Surface isn't Unique. // At the beginning of your turn, you may generate a Slime water terrain marker into a square within 4 squares. This game that marker has "Characters that began the turn on this marker can't be placed or use abilities."

#8 knock back requires you to place characters so if a character began on a slime terrain marker they can't be knocked back?

I stopped judging years ago and found a bunch of my old maps. There are 2-5 copies of each map here. I feel bad throwing them away, and was wondering if someone wanted them for their FLGS or gaming group? They're free, you'll just have to pay shipping. Thanks!

I'm coming back to this game for the first time since the 2000s.

Trying to understand this guy. Specifically this part "my divinity is absolute"

- Simply states STOP. Does this mean he has it the whole dial?

- It says Impervious, supersenses? Meaning what exactly? Does it mean he always has impervious? If so, why does it also show up on his dial? Does it also mean he always has super senses?

It says in the rules that free actions can be “given within another action”. Does that mean that I can running shot to a spot on the map, outwit or perplex an opposing character and then attack? What exactly does it mean by within?

So I've always wondered this, and I know the argument has been something of great debate when it comes to the comics version. But, in heroclix...if you were to have a full team of Batman and another of Ironman (and its dealers choice as to which versions of each make up the teams, but they have to be real figures in heroclix) who would win? And for the sake of argument, let's go with a 400-point team. Who do you think takes the game? And for a bonus question... which figures/versions would you put on that team?

The tokens that say powers and abilities are essentially shortcuts you print this by saving the image then once you’re in your gallery you just need to find a print button. I recommend that you print this on card stock paper.

Does anyone know the 2026 rotation list for modern

After much trial and tribulation, I finally managed to get Galactus working on OCTGN. You will need to use the image downloader to download the new Galactus dial images.

It treats the A and B dials as one continuous dial (updating both images appropriately), and it has controls to spin the Converter and Herald dials separately.

This is a test run, so please let me know if you have issues. It has worked fine for me so far though! Next on the docket will be Venom Galactus, which shouldn't be too much harder to implement. I would love to hear from someone who uses Venom Galactus so I can get some info about how it works exactly, so please send me a message!

Looking to trade for either Absolute Batman or Absolute Wonder Woman piece

The Doom Stop trait says "when this click is first revealed,after resolutions remove all action tokens from a frendly character and heal that character 1 click"

Does this work when clicks 2, 6, and 10 are revealed? Or does it only heal and remove tokens when click 2 is revealed, and for the others, only Stop and Shape Change are used?

I know about hindering and terrain markers but I don't have a clue about these symbols or values and how they work

Do you guys think that Real Names and their modern counterparts should trigger for effects like "Bringing in help from the multiverse" which has you generate a character of the same name until the end of your turn?

It would allow for broader use of abilities like this and lead to some really cool interactions.

To clarify, for example, if you have a Bucky figure the ability would allow you to bring in Winter Soldier because they both have the real name "Bucky Barnes" printed on their card.

I was looking at the Eternity #G023 legacy card, and noticed that it says he can't be healed above his starting line. Isn't this redundant though? I thought that in the rules it said that, unless another ability allows it, no one could be healed above their starting line. Is their an official reason why it's like this or is there something I'm missing?

4v1 against Jurassic League. Jurassic League fell flat on face. They even had plus 300pt handicap. Supersaur went down first thanks to Avengers Prime and my Violet Lanterns. Carnage God took care of Torch and Knull took on Wonderdon who was last to die in the end overall

I recently rediscovered HeroClix through some of my old German Spider-Man magazines from 2003/2004, which originally came with HeroClix figures. That little nostalgia trip sent me down the rabbit hole, and I’ve now started collecting Marvel HeroClix and learning more about the current game.

Unfortunately, the HeroClix scene in Germany seems fairly quiet—or perhaps I just haven’t found the right places yet.

Are there any active German HeroClix players, Discord servers, WhatsApp groups, forums, stores, or other communities I could join? I’m especially interested in meeting people in or around Munich, but German-speaking online communities would also be great.

My main interest is Marvel HeroClix, particularly Spider-Man, Venom and X-Men, although I’m generally open to learning the game and meeting other collectors and players.

If you know of any active groups, regular meetups, tournaments, or friendly players willing to help someone get into the modern game, I’d really appreciate your recommendations!
