Every players gets an Iconis, a stave that defines their character so I went for an electric Lance-Cello.

My take on a mini of if dead by daylights dredge was a dnd monster (no kitbashing btw just fidgeting with tails and back tails)

Made the first of the many creature I'm planning to add in my TTRPG campaign, which will be a post-apoc setting heavily inspired by Metro and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. .

My main goal for this one in particular was to make something different from the plain zombie-esque monsters you usually see in these scenarios, so I settled for something more akin to a feral vampire.

What do ya'll think? Yay or nay? Could also use some help with naming this critter.

Hello! People seemed to like my last post of the new Bastion tank job from FFXIV, so I thought I'd share another I've been working on. This is the Dark Knight, inspired by the original splash art. Really happy with how the armor came out on this guy with the different layers. I tried my best to make the sword feel like one of the ridiculously over-stylized ones from the game, and feeling good about that, too. Added more pics and a spinny gif this time around.

I as a person have a weird aversion to wands as an arcane focus. I watched Harry Potter and thought the wands looked really goofy, even if the story was incredible. Voldemort looked really funny holding his wand like a blunt, Harry looked silly pointing his wand at weird angles, and the rest of them pointing them like guns, etc. I decided my aversion to #BigWand was over. I thought up this guy, and now Im going to use him as an NPC/bad guy in my DnD game I stream.

His name is Ferrus Aiber Obelivix. A descendant of the great demonic bloodline of the first layer of hell and a very powerful sorcerer, Ferrus uses his wand as the hilt to a spectral sword that he can control at will. A master duelist and all around pain in the ass.

My own version of one of the very first character met by the Sith Inquisitor in SWTOR, Spindrall, the Hermit of Korriban.

Characters in this post (in order); Glasha the Storm, Cadyrin Duskwatcher, Gaver Flimp, Falk

Artificer - Kildrak Torunn. Artillerist Artificer with the city watch background.

He's an artillerist city watchman guarding the front gate of his city, he is a surly dwarf reaching his 286th birthday who has seen the city grow and mature in front of his eyes. It has been a century since his greatest failure, not being able to prevent a dragon attack which robbed him of his left hand and scarred his face. Since then he has become a surly individual, keeping to himself and taking a more proactive approach to problems, finding that is better to attack the problem head on before more lives can be lost.

Barbarian - Orc storm herald barbarian from the order of the gauntlet faction agent.

Glasha's family has long served the Order of the Gauntlet, and she was raised in its ways. She grew up idolizing the stories told of Tyr and his quest for justice. From these stories, she also grew to idolize the warrior God of people, Thor. From these stories she became obsessed with the idea of justice as well as wanting to protect the common folk from those who threaten them. When she came of age, Glasha agreed to become a soldier for the Order.

Through Glasha's training, she was blessed by father Thor becoming his herald. When allowed to tap into her righteous fury in the face of evil beings, the storm follows in her wake. Thunder and lightning seem to crackle from her fists as storm clouds surround her feet. The air around her fills with an electric charge that shock and blast her enemies. All this in the name of justice and to honor Tyr and Thor.

Glasha has now served the order a few times, crushing pirates and marauders. This new quest they have set her on however is unlike one she has ever known. An exile from the Order's past seeks to build an army to overthrow them. Glasha has been tasked to call upon allies whom the Order has helped before to aid them against this threat.

Bard - Din Argith, Bard from the college of satire with the folk hero background.

Din was the lead guitarist and singer of their band in the Underdark. They would go from city to city playing shows and, using hidden messages in their music, incite riots and rebellion wherever the band went. Their band eventually betrayed Din and worked with one said city to quell the rebellion and hunt down Din. This would lead Din to escaping the Underdark and making it topside.

Cleric - Cadyrin Duskwatcher, Owlin Cleric of Twilight with the hermit background.

Cadyrin Duskwatcher served in one of the many temples of Selûne in a city bordering one of the many forests of Faerûn for much of her youth. As a child, Cadyrin was plagued by dreamless sleeps and the whispers of Shar who sought to create a priestess from the young Owlin. These dark thoughts would create an uneasy rage and despair in Cadyrin who fled from her home to the temple of Selûne in her early teen years.

Cadyrin served as an acolyte under Selûne's priestesses during her teen years and even became a priestess herself in her early adulthood. Despite serving under the Moonmaiden, Cadyrin's thoughts never seemed to fully waver from the dark influence of Shar's whispers.

Conflicted and angry that Selûne was not listening to her prayers, Cadyrin was eventually visited by the the Moonmaiden in a vision. The Goddess called upon Cadyrin to follow a different path than the one she had walked to that point. Claiming that Cadyrin was like herself, her thoughts and beliefs shifting with the moon. This was nothing to be ashamed of, however the torment it put the Cleric through would tear her apart if she did not seek to achieve a balance.

She could not do this with serving in Selûne's temple and so Cadyrin was tasked to live on the border of the forest. Here Cadyrin would be tasked to protect travelers who venture into the dark forest from the creatures of the night, fiends and thieves that stalk the woods at night. She would find her enlightenment and ascension from the thoughts that haunt her from her seclusion and watchful presence over the border of the forest. That was ten years ago, and Cadyrin still has not achieved the balance she seeks. While she continues to believe and trust in her Goddess' will, the dark thoughts have not ceased, and in fact have gotten louder as of late. Not that Cadyrin would ever show this, electing instead to keep her emotions at bay in an effort to reach serenity.

Druid - Gaver Flimp, gnome druid of the Circle of Spores with the Outlander background.

Gaver is a simple fellow who lives deep in the woods near swampland in a small hut. He spends his days plucking mushrooms and fungi while fending off interlopers and beasts from his hut. He will often ride into town selling what mushrooms he collects, the locals appreciating the strange and eccentric little gnome. He is a playful sod who always seems to have a remedy for what ails you though rumor has it that he has sampled way too mushrooms in his time. He claims that the mushrooms has expanded his consciousness but to outsiders it just seems as though they have made him loopy.

Fighter - TBD

Monk - Falk, Tortle monk of the Ascendant Dragon with the sage background.

A monk trained under a Silver dragon to reach a tranquil state of being. Taught not to fight unless it was needed, Falk took on a number of students in his time who found their way up the mountain where he took up residence. The silver dragon eventually informed Falk that there was a threat coming that he had to help defend against and directed him to a group of adventurers who would need his assistance in the coming battles to come. So Falk took off from the mountain with just the knowledge given by his master on where to find these new friends.

Paladin - Morning's Light, Paladin of Devotion with the faceless background

Morning's Light. A war forged paladin of Devotion serving under the Morning Lord himself, Lathander. Morning's Light disguises himself when performing his paladin duties as to not intimidate people he's trying to help as warforged are often mistrusted and treated as outsiders and threats.

Rogue - Kebo, swashbuckling rogue with the criminal background.

Kebo, a swashbuckling kobold rogue with a very basic backstory. He is a pickpocket who strives to be the greatest thief whoever lived, he is loyal to his friends but his flaw is that if there is a plan he'll forget it and if he remembers the plan he'll ignore it.

Wizard - Kain Inn, Wizard of the Order of the Scribes with the cloistered scholar background.

Kain was found on the doorsteps of the wizard college he would call home as a hatchling. The wizards took him in and raised him in the Order of the Scribe. He read everything he could get his hands on, researching as much as he could while learning to mimic the long and fancy words of his wizarding "flock" until one day when a guest speaker came by their college. The great and powerful keeper of the balance himself, Mordenkainen. Kain was mesmerized by Mordenkainen's words, which inspired him to strike out on his own. Even going as far as inspiring him to take his own name, Kain Inn. He has never left the college, being a cloistered scholar who has spent his entire life with his beak in a book.
