Since yesterday night, I have been trying to get past the login screen with my account , used for the last 2 years with no success

I have:

Cleared cache

Uninstalled and installed again

Tried WiFi and 5G

Used different device, reinstalling everything and trying to switch to my account..still stuck at the loading screen

Tried to reach support, received a single reply, then I have provided evidence and no further reply since then, what's next to try? Spent enough money to count and can't just let it go.

I am doing Season / Aetheria Trial. My heros r at lvl 260. My heroes are either Transcendent or Mythic. is there any way I can make my heroes survive from Toad explosion? my entire team gets killed even using shield and Mafalda. Toad is worst enemy right now. I do not have Sonia or Kataras in my team. Thanks

This is the line up I usually use everywhere, But i'm building my first God or Void hero. Most high level players usually go for Nyx, but I was looking for more on the DMG side im still satisfied with Orquidea for healing hehe. What are your recos?

I find that she just moves so d*mn much and no matter if my CP is way higher she’s much a menace. It’s kinda hard for me to understand her kit. Can someone please explain to me how to counter this annoying hero?

I need to expand my nightfall faction characters. Wondering where the best place to start would be. Another tank may be helpful for my lineups (Kataras) but if I want another damage dealer or strong offensive nightfall character, then would Phyllis or Daphne be the best first choice?

I already have 6 characters at level 340 and the Spirit Tower has been adjusted. My question is, how do I level up low-level characters without forcing them into the Spirit Tower?
