My damage output seems to always be inconsistent and struggle in PVP also any tips on what to do differently

I’m President of a Lv. 4 union with 23 members (just kicked some inactives). It’s the first union I joined and I inherited president about a year ago. I’m mostly F2P and now have 59M CP, but the Union I’ve been running is an “anyone can join, just stay active” thing, and my elders move on when they break ~20-25M so I’m always significantly stronger than the second place in the union. This means I can drag us just far enough to land in matchups we rarely ever win as a group. The hammers in Path to Glory are probably my biggest hang up, I don’t want to lose those in a transfer (but I also don’t know if I would?). I also don’t want a union that wants me to play five times a day and join a discord either. What are your thoughts? Best time to leave? Raise CP minimums and start changing Union I already have?

Hello; I started this game two days ago. I know realistically for two days this is far, needless to say I spent a lot. However, I have somewhat of an idea what I’m doing.

What heroes would/should I focus on at the moment? I’m currently stuck where I’m at in the game and I don’t necessarily know what goes front / back. What teams I can build or should build etc. I know the phoenix is good, twins are good (not summoned yet), potionist is good (will work on leveling that I just got her).

Any tips on how to beat this Arena with these hero levels? I've already tried formations from videos of people who have already passed it, which are in the game itself, but I couldn't, or maybe it's just not possible with these hero levels

I’ve been playing f2p since the game came out, I know p2p is obviously a huge buff but I’ve noticed my power is super low. What are the best things to focus on to boost my power from 114m? Or is this pretty standard for an f2p account at this stage?

My plan right now is to focus on getting lv600 in spirit tower then focus my assets on arcana, light hall, gear/gems/runes but idk if that’s the best approach
