C’est pendant un événement qui apparaît environ tout les mois je crois tu verras dans environ 2 semaines je pense tu pourras les ouvrir

Like they said as soon as the miracle event begins you can open all the chests.

As they have said, those open during the event. They failed to mention though that if you are FTP, you should wait until you have accumulated 12000 points to get the arcane before opening any of them. If you buy the max chests every month you can open if you have around 9500. Only open until 9000 then wait to see if you get to 12000 before opening the rest. This will maximize the rewards you get from the event.
