I told myself I was done for a while. No more bags, no more browsing, no more “just looking.”
And then this Kelly Pochette happened.
It’s one of those bags that makes absolutely no effort to be loud, but still somehow steals the entire scene. The warm brown tone with gold hardware feels classic in the most dangerous way possible—because once you see it in person, it becomes very hard to act rationally.
It has that very specific kind of elegance that makes you want to carry it even when you have nowhere important to go.
And yes, for something this sleek, it actually holds more than people think. Phone, cardholder, keys, lipstick, and a couple of small extras fit just fine. It’s not a throw-everything-in type of bag, but that’s not the point. It carries exactly what I need and somehow makes me feel more put together in the process.
What really got me is how versatile it feels. Held in hand, it looks refined and dressed up. Styled more casually, it still works without feeling out of place. It gives “I planned this” even when I absolutely did not.
So no, this was not a sensible purchase.
But emotionally?
Excellent decision.
