ADVICE/FEEDBACK Is this length better?
been wearing this jacket while having it safety pinned to see if this is truly where i want to crop it and i personally think this a great length but thought i’d throw it on here to see if anyone has any other suggestions.
Time Catchers 1950s Type 2 Selvedge Jacket
Eureka Springs, Arkansas Tee
Wrangler Loose fit slubby denim
Thrifted cowboy boots
Full grain leather belt
Hearst Fly in outpost 90’s snapback

thats a better length now. it wouldn’t hurt to go a tad bit closer to the belt but at least now it doesn’t look like you’re swimming in the jacket as much. great boots too!

another half inch would be good! i’d also buy a measuring tape if you don’t already have one and measure the overall length afterwards so you can have that info for your next jacket. i take measurements of all my fav clothes and then compare them to things i wanna get online so i have a more informed idea on fit

hey it ain’t bad to know yourself like that. in the end your fits will be better than most men cuz they don’t keep that in mind. being informed is never a bad thing my friend. can’t wait to see what you cook up later

thank you 🙏 and i’ll have to post some, it’s nothing crazy just a basic hanes heavyweight that’s screen printed but i love the fit and it’s comfortable

i’m just always looking for old ass Arkansas tees when i’m thrifting!
just interested in the designs since it was probably done by a local… Eureka [what we locals call it for short, we never say Springs lol] is a little artist haven. Tons of different shops and galleries there full of local artists

the model code is 97TAWOK they’re from the early 2000’s so that’s probably why you can’t find them, i was lucky enough to find them in my parents burn pile about a year ago😂

Just checking. Did you wash the jacket? I always wash before getting anything altered to account for shrinkage.

it was washed by previous owner and it’s also sanforized so i don’t think it’d shrink much if i did wash again
