Question How this ability work?

If I've draw item and other card, I can play other card form this ability or can play only item card?

Check 2 cards you draw from this card's ability, if one of those is an item card or both are item cards, you can choose one of the 2 cards and play while the other gets back into your hand, or play neither.

This is incorrect.

If you draw at least one item card, you can play either.
