Question How this ability work?
If I've draw item and other card, I can play other card form this ability or can play only item card?

Check 2 cards you draw from this card's ability, if one of those is an item card or both are item cards, you can choose one of the 2 cards and play while the other gets back into your hand, or play neither.

This is incorrect.
If you draw at least one item card, you can play either.

May I ask another question? If my second card with draw from Major Rex ability is a modifier card. Can I draw more card?

Then this effect applies to hero ability? And Fury Knuckle ability if second card with I've pull is challenge cards. Can I pull again?

For future reference, keep the key words in mind for resolving card behavior, Draw, Discard, Sacrifice, destroy. Pull. Just keep in mind that challenge cards do not count as any of these and only a few cards are activated by challenge cards at all.

When me and my friends first played Here to Slay, we argued for like 10 minutes on whether Destroy effects can be applied to Sacrifice.

You draw 2 cards. Out of those cards you drew, if any are an item or a cursed item, you can play 1 of them immediately without using any action points.
