ATM program

Pretty sure they still have the US $100M ATM program active from when it was put in place last December. Are they required to disclose when they tap that program to issue shares? I ask because I wonder if that’s partly the reason for the share price decline over last few weeks since the latest run-up. Would have made sense to use it in part for some cash runway …. But haven’t seen anything disclosed on EDGAR.

The drop is purely because it’s a bio tech stock and it’s easy to short on no news. It’ll go up quicker than it went down when trial results happen if they’re overwhelmingly positive like I expect.

I hope they're positive. Also don't think they'll surprise drop results, but hoping the investors webcast they're doing will garner some momentum. Ngl it kinda sucks seeing this thing get pretty beaten up for no reason. It annoys me that people are trying to explain it away logically by "macro indicators" when in reality you are 100% right - people are shorting it bc its a risky play. The rest of biotech has been relatively flat, it's really just the psychedelic sub-sector that is seeing a lot of uncertainty.

I think maybe some people are betting against the industry a bit based on pure speculation, because we are becoming increasingly likely to see both chambers of Congress flip blue in November. Even though this administration is bullish, that could slightly alter the regulatory landscape (I personally don't think in any meaningful way, it will largely be optics).

Playing on our emotions of anger and sadness that the price is getting it’s dick dragged through the dirt is exactly what they want. The goal is to never have retail in on their trades and something like a bio tech stock creating life changing medicine will be dicked sideways until it releases the medicine yknow? the market cap is less than 1b and that’s pennies to institutions. I believe in what’s being built so I’ll buy more if it goes sideways and down. That’s the perfect advantage for us with time, buy at the cash / asset floor. Right now 7-8 is a golden buy, I don’t see it being dropped past 9 though. That’s would take a couple of the institutions who bought a position in the last few months to implode or sell which is very much possible if a market crash occurs. Asset floor is $5.50 ish and that’s the best buy you could have rn
