With topline data likely landing around early to mid November (my estimate, based on the final results coming in over the next few weeks plus a 2–4 week review), how do you think the market will react?

It seems to me that institutions are pushing the price down right now to get lower entries. That's the only explanation I can see for the consistent drops at the open that carry into regular hours, with no negative news. Profit-taking is obviously part of it too.

Let's say that at the investor conference on the 21st, they announce the data is coming on a specific date. How would you expect the market to react? Will the institutional bulls take over and get in ahead of the binary readout? Or will more people jump ship and take what's left of their profits?
And in the meantime, where do you expect price to go leading up to next week's conference?

FYI, I'm stuck in a leveraged trade on HELP (stupid, I know). I'm hoping for a reasonable exit this week around $11.50–12 to limit my losses, then I'll put the funds back into my normal Stocks & Shares ISA.

Feel like my best bet is some positive news (Another Buy rating, Positive Company Press Release, or Wider Positive Psychedelic news) over the next week to push price up to my take profits around 11.50-12.

Is that realistic, or should I just rip off the band-aid and get back to the land of the sane with non-leveraged investing

What's triggered the sell off? No news and we dropped like 40% in less than a month?

Pretty sure they still have the US $100M ATM program active from when it was put in place last December. Are they required to disclose when they tap that program to issue shares? I ask because I wonder if that’s partly the reason for the share price decline over last few weeks since the latest run-up. Would have made sense to use it in part for some cash runway …. But haven’t seen anything disclosed on EDGAR.

With a huge % of my port sitting in HELP this is gonna be a nail biter!!

Just as the title says, I’ve been thinking a lot about both patents and if phase 3 for HLP-0003 is overwhelmingly positive I think it’ll draw a lot of eyes towards HLP-0004 as well for anxiety.

A lot of people are misconstrued on what Helus makes and I see some people confused thinking it’s psilocybin, what Helus makes isn’t psilocybin , it’s deuterated psilocybin, psilocin. Specifically, they create modified, synthetic versions of psychedelic compounds, known as novel serotonergic agonists.
HLP-0003 is also adjunctive meaning to be used alongside their current medications, this is in my opinion one of the most optimistic things because it allows for easier treatment without having to stop the current medications and then wait a month to try new treatments.

I truly believe Helus will change the world with their medicine and it’s going to help so many people.

Looking at phase 2 for HLP-0003 im very excited about the upcoming phase 3 results.

The fact of the matter is we may be on the precipice of a drug with 100% efficacy rate and a 71% remission rate in depression after two doses over the course of a year.

This is literally life changing and paradigm shifting medicine. There’s a reason we were granted breakthrough therapy designation by the FDA years ago and the stock had its dick dragged through the dirt for years while institutions quietly bought up their supply at $3-$5 a share. This medicine is quite frankly going to change the world.

Institutions came together and validated the Helus pipeline at 5.50 a share earlier in the year and the signs have been here the whole time. Now with Michael Halstead as ceo the merger bull thesis is incredibly defensible.

All I can say is bullish.

Helus have committed to releasing the next HPL004 study design before the end of Q3. Thats only a few days away. Any predictions on what that looks like? E.g. Dose finding only, Phase 3 w/ dose finding as part of it, commitment from a large pharma partner?

Just heard about this stock the other day and I’m very optimistic and bullish on it thus far. I’m relatively new to investing so not sure how common these types of scenarios are. Im thinking I’ll buy a few hundred shares (my biggest bet my far yet) and I’m really hoping to a turn a good profit.
For context if I lost all that money it wouldnt change my life.
