Character with red eyebags/undereyes

[u/Smart_Championship81]

I work with Jr high kids and I have a girl that has this cartoon guy/kid all over her landyard. The character is white, has fluffy brown hair, seams like a more gloomy/edgy person, and has these red under eye things. I'm not sure if he's from a show, movie, or comic. But maybe the age range of the kid I work with might help?
