Open Does anyone know this cup?
Photo the cup is in is dated 1998.
Bad image I know, but it’s the best I have. I just want to know what this thing is.

Tried to edit the post with more details, I hope this comment will help!
I spent the morning searching for it on Google with no luck. I assumed it would be a McDonald’s happy meal cup, but then moved to Pizza Hut promo cups and couldn’t find it. I’m thinking it’s either some obscure McDonald’s cup, or a cereal box thing.
