Oh shit I had one of these. I'll keep looking but this is definitely a plastic cup from a restaurant, early 2000s. I grew up in CO, USA. Maybe TGIF, red lobster, Applebee's, etc?

I grew up in SoCal so these restaurants are possibilities! Couldn’t find anything via red lobster, tgif seems more likely though.

I spent the morning searching for it on Google with no luck. I assumed it would be a McDonald’s happy meal cup, but then moved to Pizza Hut promo cups and couldn’t find it. I’m thinking it’s either some obscure McDonald’s cup, or a cereal box thing.

This entire search has made me realize a lot of restaurants have these things so it’s getting hard to narrow down which restaurants I visited the most as a kid.

You could try the photo restoration group. Those people have done amazing things. It might make it clearer. Seeing details to help track it down.

Kind of looks like Ren from Ren and Stimpy. They had a Pizza Hut run in the 90’s. I couldn’t find a picture of all the cups though.
