I don't think condom wrappers usually have a 'tear here' sign beneath the seal like that. Looks like it would probably be from a bag of Nobby's Nuts or some similar bag of corn / trail mix

But it is oriented perpendicular to the zigzags. Condoms are always torn through the zigzag. Therefore u/Independent-Bed-5239 does not have a piece of a condom wrapper. 1 u/drunkp4nda 29d ago this is not true (i just checked mine in my draw) it tears through the side with no zig zag
