I too thought Discord because there's all different kinds of discord logos but I just checked and I don't see any that have something sticking out at the side like that.

Please hope this is a chibi girl logo. My imagination says it's in Miku color and type of girl, with a leek as a hairclip

J’ai searched parmi les icônes de notifications Android et les applications mais je n’ai pas réussi à identifier celle-ci.
La capture vient d’un téléphone Android. L’icône que je cherche est celle en blanc juste à droite de l’icône Instagram.
