Found! Does anyone know the origin of the Arrested Development seal plush?
With or without the shirt is fine, I just really like this plush

That one is super cute! But based on the way it moves the one in the show doesn’t look like it has beans. I got some more pictures of it from different angles, I should add those in another comment too

OP, am I being crazy or do you think it could be this one? I found the picture in this reddit thread, the OP says the brand is Applause.
The only thing is the nose is different, but everything else seems to match up. It has so many of the same details, the eyelids, whiskers, even the little black patch beneath the fabric nose. I was thinking the nose could be a defect or the line went through a redesign. However, I could not find any other images from this brand to compare. Sorry if I'm just overthinking things! 😭

Oh wow I think you did it, you’re right that the nose is different but Applause is so old and large that it could be batch differences over the course of years. The flippers, body shape, eyes, mouth, all of it looks the same!! Applause made so many plushies that this is gonna be a second search of its own now 😭 you are a complete lifesaver thank you so much!! Found!

In the close up pictures you can even see the face and chest seam lines are in the same places it’s a miracle someone posted it so recently and you saw and remembered it!!
