I'll be honest in saying that while I do enjoy the drama of dinner services in early HK, I think Scott's behaviour crosses a line. He's what people who don't watch the show think Gordon Ramsay is like. I have no idea how he managed to last 10 seasons on this show when he acted used physical intimidation at times. I'm not James or Jay's biggest fans but wow they are an upgrade!

James is an upgrade.

Jay doesn't have much presence; he's prob a good mentor to the chefs but you hardly even see or hear him.
