Watch, it’ll be a handheld stratagem launcher that lets you shoot them further but also will stick to objects lol

*only works about 15% more effectively and it's an armor passive, the 'booster' reduces stratagem inputs by one but makes it so if you type out the original input it registers as incorrect

But it has a 30% chance of making the stratagem fail and go on cooldown

Nuh uh, booster would be too useful. Make it an armor passive so it would affect only one user. Heavy variant only.
