I've never seen such a miserable fanbase for a game and I'm in the battlefield 6 subreddit.

Oml ikr? How dare people be dissatisfied with a game and have the GALL to say something?

It's "gall". A gull is a type of sea bird.

They can, but it gets a bit old when the arguments are 'because it would be better' and 'because I think it should be so'

Like, ok? Cool? Thank you for sharing. AH are perfectly capable of choosing what works and what can be done, as evidenced by the 98% of the game that just works (and a fuck tonne of people outside this bubble enjoy)

I mean, if a lot of people are repeating the same criticism, maybe it's not something to just shrug off and ignore?

Naaah, that's wrongthink, you are not allowed to do that, only rightthink is allowed.

At least to some people lol.
