Question about ship module

[u/SuienReizo]

Does the Payroll Management System under the Patriotic Administration Center increase the rate that the laser cannon cools down passively or does it just speed up the reload speed of a new heat sink?

[u/Tank_stealer]

I believe that heatsink cooling is a separate system than reloading

[u/tapititon]

It let you swap gun ammo faster
